Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on lingerie and babydolls unless the item is faulty.

For faulty items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for replacement.
